Deliveries to Sweden (1-2 Working days - Free of charge)

Our Deliveries within Sweden are free of charge. We use DHL Service Point. If you place your order before 11:30 AM Monday through Thursday your order will most likely arrive to your local DHL Service point the next day, with exceptions for Swedish public holidays. A notification will be sent via text message (SMS) when your package is ready for collection. During our sale period the process and delivery time can be slightly longer due to large number of orders for us to handle. If you don’t pick up your package within 14 days after notification point we will have to charge you a fee of 150 SEK.

Deliveries within EU (1-5 Working days - Free of charge)

Our Deliveries within the European Union (EU) are free of charge. We use UPS for deliveries within The European Union (EU). Please note that UPS requires a signature when they deliver your package. The couriers usually operate between 8AM – 6PM. If possible, we suggest that you to use your work address for the delivery. If UPS aren’t able to deliver your package after a number of attempts it will be returned to us and we will have to charge you a fee of €20, £15 or 150 DKK.

Deliveries for Non-EU (2-5 Working days –If you purchase more than €100, $120 or 1000 NOK deliveries are free of charge)

Our deliveries outside the European Union (EU) are free of charge if you purchase for more than €100, $120 or 1000 NOK. If less, we will add a delivery charge of €24, $26 or 200 NOK. We use UPS for deliveries outside The European Union (EU). If you live in a big city, it usually takes 3 days for you to receive your order but it may take up to 5 working days for some destinations. Please note that UPS requires a signature when they deliver your package. The couriers usually operate between 8AM – 6PM. If possible, we suggest that you to use your work address for the delivery. If UPS aren’t able to deliver your package after a number of attempts it will be returned to us and we will have to charge you a fee of €24, $26 or 200 NOK.

Exchange, Returns & Refunds (Free of charge)

You have the right to full refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as the item is in new condition and returned to us undamaged. If you wish to return your items, your balance will be refunded within 1-5 days ones we receive the goods from you. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

Warranty based returns (Free of charge)

The warranty covers goods that are faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wish to make a warranty based return, fill in the back of the paper that you receive with your delivery and put it in the return parcel. Complaints made within two months after your discover the defect are always considered to have been reported in good time. When we received the goods, and the claim has been approved, we will send your new product. If the product is out of stock, we refund you spent money for the goods including the original cost of shipment. Note that the cost to deliver a package to you is the same regardless of how many items you purchased. Due to this we do dot refund the original shipment fee at a partial return.

How to return a garment to us (From Sweden - DHL Service Point)

  1. All our parcels contain a return form. Fill in the return form and put it in the same box or bag you received your order in.
  2. Make sure that the package is safely secured so it doesn’t get damaged on its way back to our warehouse.
  3. Attach the prepaid shipping label from DHL to your parcel and drop your package at your local DHL Service Point.

How to return a garment to us (From all countries excluding Sweden – UPS)

  1. Fill in the return form on the back of this paper, and put it in the same box or bag you received your order in.
  2. Make sure that the package is safely secured so it doesn’t get damaged on its way back to our warehouse.
  3. Attach the prepaid shipping label from UPS to your parcel.
  4. Visit www.ups.com and choose your country. You can schedule a collection of your package online or by contacting your local UPS Customer Service Centre. You can also drop your package at any UPS Access point, which you can locate here.
