Delivery & shipping

Deliveries within Sweden are free of charge for purchases of 700 SEK. If less, we will add a delivery charge of 99 SEK. For all other countries, deliveries are free of charge when you purchase for more than 2100 SEK. If less, we add a delivery charge of 499 SEK.
For shipment within Sweden we use DHL Service Point. If you place your order before 11:30 AM Monday through Thursday your order will most likely arrive to your local DHL Service point the next day, with exceptions for Swedish public holidays. A notification will be sent via text message (SMS) when your package is ready for collection. 
For all other countries (excluding Sweden) we use DHL Parcel connect or DHL Express. Please note that DHL Express requires a signature when they deliver your package. The DHL Express couriers usually operate between 8AM – 6PM. If possible, we suggest that you to use your work address for the delivery.
Shipping lead times
Nordic countries 1-2 working days.
Europe 1-3 working days.
America and Asia 3-4 working days. 
Africa, South America and Australia 3-7 working days.
Exchange, Returns & Refunds
You have the right to full refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as the item is in new condition and returned to us undamaged. If you wish to return your items, your balance will be refunded within 1-5 days ones we receive the goods from you. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
How to return a garment to us
All our parcels contain a return form. Fill in the return form and put it in the same box or bag you received your order in. Make sure that the package is safely secured so it doesn’t get damaged on its way back to our warehouse. Attach the prepaid shipping label from DHL to your parcel and drop your package at your local DHL Service Point.
