Delivery & shipping
Deliveries within the EU are free of charge for purchases of 700 SEK. If less, we will add a delivery charge of 99 SEK.
For all shipments, we use DHL as our carrier. A notification will be sent via text message (SMS) when your package is ready for collection.
We do not offer shipping to countries outside the EU.
Shipping lead times
Nordic countries 1-3 working days.
Europe 1-4 working days.
Exchange, Returns & Refunds
You have the right to full refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as the item is in new condition and returned to us undamaged. If you wish to return your items, your balance will be refunded within 1-5 days ones we receive the goods from you. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
How to return a garment to us
All our parcels contain a return form. Fill in the return form and put it in the same box or bag you received your order in. Make sure that the package is safely secured so it doesn’t get damaged on its way back to our warehouse. Attach the prepaid shipping label from DHL to your parcel and drop your package at your local DHL Service Point.
